HSEC Graduation Ceremony

This form is to be completed by the HSEC Graduate (not their guests) prior to April 30th.
List up to ten (10) guest names below, excluding any lap-seated children.

After form approval, you will receive a fancy graduation invitation PDF that you can forward to guests via email or print and send in the mail (add your middle name to first name if you'd like it to appear). See the Graduation site for more information about the ceremony.
